Do licensing and permitting systems automatically prompt renewals?

Yes. Most solutions are designed to optimize the efficiency of licensing and permitting solutions from application through issuance as well as renewals. Can license and permit applicants see the full content of inspection reports in the system?

Some systems do not allow online access to citizens or have a citizen portal, so inquiries must be handled manually by staff.

The VisualVault licensing and permitting solution allows applicants to view the status of their application within the system and see that an inspection has taken place. But, they can't necessarily see all of the detailed documentation of the inspector’s findings. It's important to note that the system admin can easily adjust business rules to either enable or limit certain groups from accessing specific fields of data.
