Steve Pendleton

Steve is an experienced executive with a career that has been focused largely on digital process management solutions for the Public Sector. Steve joined VisualVault in a leadership capacity in 2016, where he has overseen strategic direction and operational growth for government-focused initiatives. Prior to his tenure at VisualVault, Steve held senior positions at DataBank IMX, an enterprise automation company and Image API, a SaaS provider focused on digital transformation initiatives for government entities.

Steve’s expertise in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Process Optimization (BPO) and Public Sector sales leadership, particularly in driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives, have collectively made him a source of thought leadership in the Public Sector arena. In 2007, he began focusing exclusively on data and document-intensive state departments/agency programs. Teaming with state staff dedicated to helping residents secure services and program benefits has become his passion. He has developed strategies that change the traditional perception of working with government entities to one where all parties collaborate, leveraging technology, to achieve common goals.
