Creating A Project From the Projects Menu

  1. To create a new project, select Projects - New Projects.

  2. Key in the name of the project, description, security type and select the project to copy from if you desire.

  3. Select Save if you are done, or Save and Add if you want to add another.

  4. See Project Security for the next step to publish a project to other users.

Creating A Project From a Document

  1. From within a Document ID Card, select the Projects tab and click the New Project button.

  2. Key in the Project Name, Description, Security and select a project to copy from if you desire. Select Save.

  3. Project is now created.

Creating A Project From a Form

  1. From an existing form, or recently saved form, select the Projects tab and click the New Projects button.

  2. Key in the Project Name, Description, Security and select a project to copy from if you desire. Select Save.

  3. Project is now created.

Project Details

When viewing the Project Details the following information will be available:

  • Title - title of the project.

  • Description - description of the project.

  • Created - when project was created.

  • Created By - user who created project.

  • Closed - date when project closed.

  • Closed By - user who closed the project.

  • Current Status - project status (open or closed).

  • Project Security - setting of how security is applied to the project. See Project Security for more information.
