October 2006 Auersoft Announces OEM Agreement with Electronic Tax Systems, Inc.

PHOENIX, AZ October, 2006 - Auersoft, the publisher of VisualVault^TM, a next generation web-based document management solution, is pleased to announce an OEM agreement with Electronic Tax Systems, Inc. (ETSI), a provider of content management based software for the tax industry. The agreement allows ETSI to integrate VisualVault into their existing products such as the Tax Exemption Management Suite and provide other VisualVault professional services.
