March 2006 Baer Inc., selects VisualVault™

MESA, AZ March, 2006 - Baer Inc, also known as Baer Brake Systems selected VisualVaultT to replace Mastercontrol® as their business document management system.

"Baer selected VisualVaultT based upon a simple formula for total cost of ownership. We had used Mastercontrol® for 4 years and found VisualVault to be the best fit for Baer. As a manufacturing company the intellectual property of Baer needs to be protected, and flow through the company's processes even when we change them. VisualVaultT has a complete architecture founded upon .Net, leverages our IT assets and quite frankly, is much more user friendly and easy to set up. System data management is easy with MS SQL 2000", shared John Menefee, Vice President of IT Systems - Baer Inc.

John Auer, Principal Owner of Auersoft, stated, "It is an honor to become the supplier of choice for Baer. Baer is a recognized brand name for aftermarket automotive systems and a valued customer of Auersoft."

Tod Olsen, CTO of Auersoft, commented, "Baer conducted critical reviews of our technology, our code management policies and tested the application for their needs. Suggestions were made which we have incorporated into an upcoming release."

VisualVault, published by Auersoft, is the most advanced next generation document management platform, providing a secure document library, electronic forms, workflow and web services API, built on Microsoft .NETT architecture. More information can be found at www.visualvault.com.
