V-Fax V-Fax provides a web based solution for capturing and routing faxes. Used in conjunction with eFax or MyFax services, capture content security and use the metadata for conditional processing. -
V-Scan V-Scan is a high volume capture workhorse. Monitor and process the output of scanners, FTP sites or simply monitor network drives, V-Scan will capture content and map the files into folders in VisualVault. V-Scan also provides integration to OCR products such as Kofax Ascent® or IRIS Capture Pro®. When used with products that create a matching index file, VisualVault can auto-folder to establish a categorized hierarchy of files. Additionally, security rights, index fields and workflow routing will be copied to each folder. -
